Description:   After 16 hours, the brisket is sprinkled with mango juice (optional) and brown sugar (optional), or covered with barbecue sauce. It can be wrapped in plastic wrap and allowed to sit for 3 to 4 hours, or wrap in foil and continue cooking in a 280 degree oven for 4 more hours.
